Hello :) I'm a pretty easy going professional early 30's female looking for a professional person to share a gorgeous, brand new townhouse. I have all new, modern furniture including a front loading washing machine and dryer. The house has a large open plan living/dining room with wooden floor boards, kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite bench tops, separate laundry and toilet. Upstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms all with massive BIRs - the room to let is unfurnished and you will have the use of a spacious bathroom fitted with the latest modern appliances including a massive bath and separate shower. Features include ducted heating, cooling, low maintenance courtyard with an awesome BBQ and outdoor setting, close to cafes, shops and public transport.
